I've been a member since the club opened in 1972. The facilities have kept up with the times throughout, and are excellent. The staff are very helpful, and the tennis instruction and massage facilities are first-rate. I go there for the tennis, and the staff are very helpful in getting court time. The location is great -- in downtown McLean, across the street from the Giant. The only thing that could be improved is the number of tennis courts, but that's limited by the fact that there's no way to expand due to the houses and businesses all around the club. The staff are so helpful and friendly it's almost like being a member of the family.

Has tennis courts, a reasonable amount of gym equipment, a pool, and a hot tub. Most clubs do not have the latter. Of course thre is sauna and steam in each locker room. At least in the pool, each year the number of available classes decines, perhaps owing to insufficient demand. I do not know about the land based exercise classes.

There is plenty of cardio equipment but the weight room is too small and often crowded.
