Family owned company - twin brothers who are highly experienced, knowledgeable HVAC technicians. Installed my heat pump years ago and do a thorough inspection and servicing twice a year with annual contract. Not the cheapest contract, but quality is there and you get what you pay for. When I had an emergency in subzero temps (fuse blew because heat pumps aren’t designed to run well in subzero temps), they walked me through troubleshooting steps on the phone and came out that night and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem so I’d have heat snd pipes wouldn’t freeze. No problems since. Highly recommend this company. I’ve tried other local HVACl companies and these guys are the best.

have used for over 20 years - have done regular maintenance as well as installed new gas furnace and replacement heat pump. The twins are terrific!

We started using TwinTech LLC about 2 years ago - - - 2021 because we had become dissatisfied with Frosty's Heating and Cooling. Contrary to Frosty's, TwinTech has provided high-quality, prompt, knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly service. We rely on TwinTech to guide us to the best alternative for our HVAC systems and to not abuse our goodwill by recommending the most expensive option in order to line their pockets (Frosty's used to try to do that). We will stay with TwinTech.
