I called Northern Virginia Drilling with a well contamination issue. They directed me to their expert Chris, who provided great advice and a fast quote to fix my issue. Their prices were in line with other quotes I got. It turned out my well was still under warranty from the builder, so I didn't purchase their services. But they were wonderful on the phone and with follow-up questions I sent by text.

After explaining the reason for calling No. Va. Drilling we were told exactly how they price their service. Good start. Our problem wasn't an emergency but you wouldn't have known that by the way they responded. Once on site, they didn't just fix our problem they also carefully explained what they were going to do and why. We learned a lot! We didn't get prices from other firms so have no way to compare. The work was expensive but I expected that after hearing from others what they had to pay for similar work. As a bonus, the two folks who came to our house were personable, friendly, and obviously knew what they were doing.
