Highly recommend. Said recently completed a renovation of an old bathroom in my small home in Arlington. He was able to resolve issues encountered during the renovation – electrical and plumbing – issues typically encountered in 60-year old homes. He is prompt. He arrived early for the 1st appointment to provide the quote, and every day thereafter until the work was completed. When he says 7:00, he arrives at least 15 minutes early so he can begin work at 7 am. He is responsive to queries – by email and text. He is an excellent listener, and offers alternative, better solutions when necessary. He will inform you what works and what doesn’t. He is considerate. He leaves the workspace clean before leaving for the day. When he says a project will take two weeks, he is precise. I learned quickly that you can rely on pretty much anything he says. As the person from Fairfax Station stated, Said has high standards and low prices. His prices are indeed reasonable. But most of all, his workmanship is outstanding. If I could post photos of my new bathroom, I would. I was fortunate enough to find Said – a true professional and respectful of client’s needs. He is now my go-to person. I have a list of projects lined up for the next year. At the risk of losing him to other clients who likely will fill his calendar, I recommend him highly.

Said is very talented, has high standards and low prices. He has done 2 bathrooms, fireplace, and both front and rear entry areas for us. We could not be more pleased with his work.
