Part cost is $7.48 (Home Depot) and takes about 10 minutes labor. Going rate for this repair is up to $150.
Parrish Services charged $382.00!!! Cost for repair was not quoted prior to completion and Parrish refused to adjust fee upon receipt of my complaint.
