While the team was extremely engaging and did a good job, except for one bathroom tank and spraying water in my bathroom while dealing with a faulty hose during the water heater tank draining, I can not in good conscious continue my service agreement with FH Furr nor will I engage them again. They were great for the first 2 years I used them, then it all went south. The technicians who came this November zeroed in on my fear of not having things work properly and went to town with my checkbook. My fault that I allowed myself to be taken in. Their prices are predatory. The staff who answers the phones and take the appointments were extremely gracious and patient. Furr is going to an AI scheduling system: they should have piloted it first to work out tons of scheduling problems. The phone staff took it all in stride.

Well, my third experience with F.H. Furr turned out not to be a good one. The plumber half did everything--did not re-seal our sump pump, did not fully open and check sump pump, said he would have company follow up. The company never did. I made 3 calls to the company but received no returned call. The first call after several minutes someone answered then hung up. On the third call a company rep said she would forward my info herself so that I would not have to keep calling. Never heard from F.H. Furr again. Definitely the type of service you get depends on the individual plumber's work ethic.
