Was recommended by one of my neighbors - comes to you! They came, but if it's not a John Deere, Good Luck! They knew what kind of mower I had and I just wanted the annual service (change oil, sharpen blades, etc.) Took a month to come, and then left with a note, "Found many issues with mowers. Will be in touch with estimate. No work was done." The estimate was $850. I called to say no thank you and Kurt said I would still have to pay $100 for service estimate and $100 for service call. Since I was $200 into it, on June 4, 2020, I gave the go ahead to order parts and fix. It literally took 2 months of calling and email badgering to get them to fix it. Kurt blamed it on parts delivery, but finally he said all the parts had come in and they would be out to fix it. They didn't have the right size belt, so tried to put one on that didn't fit and parked it with the battery still on. I had to buy a battery charger and then it crapped out on my halfway through mowing the front yard. I just paid $40 to have a kid mow my lawn. Today is August 17, 2020 and they still haven't fixed my riding mower. Will never do business with them again.
