Williams Services is a small family run business that specializes in repairing and installing gas appliances and fireplaces. Tracy Williams resurrected our old gas fireplace which hadn't worked since the pandemic in 2020. Tracy diagnosed the problem, dismantled our old unit, provided the necessary parts, and re-assembled the fireplace. She also added bits and pieces to enhance its looks and operation. Tracy was pleasant to work with and cleaned up when she was done. Highly recommended.

I have had Williams help with fireplace problems and maintenance, although they were not the original installers. They are prompt and competent and have even given advice by phone when I could not figure out something (simple)!
