Our insurance company, USAA, contacted Paul Davis Restoration in Manassas after a tree fell into our home & rain water poured in. We learned from the Paul Davis Water Mitigation Manager that Paul Davis receives nearly 80% of its business from USAA. The workers who came to our home were inexperienced, untrained and showed a lack of respect for our home and personal property. The workers could not tarp the roof correctly and did not protect our furnishings allowing the rain to wash over everything.The damage was extensive which forced us to move out and live in a hotel. A Paul Davis lock box was then placed on our home. After we found our house key missing from the lock box over a 3-day holiday,we fired the company and changed the locks.
