We had our deck installed in the spring/summer of 2021, during the supply chain shortages and beginning of labor shortages. Thus, it took longer than we anticipated. However, their communication was excellent, The crews were friendly, neat, and respectful. And better yet, the quality was worth the bit longer wait. Their head of the deck division had great suggestions on design that resulted in a better product than our ideas. Our neighbor, who is a retired construction foreman building houses, followed the process every step for his entertainment. He noted how the deck would withstand a hurricane and the crew didn't cut any corners. There were 3 inspections by the county, all at the appropriate stages of construction, so we are confident it is to code and built well. We receive endless compliments, and we have lived outside much more than we ever had thanks to such a great design that also matched our budget.
