Deck surfaces replaced (re-decked) with composite. 40 year old chain link fence removed and replaced. We were quite surprised (and very pleased) with how quickly they were able to remove the old fence, prep the area, and complete the installation of the new chain link fence. Analogously, the deck crew made quick work of removing the old deck materials, and installing the new decking. Both crews were polite, kept us informed of progress or any issues encountered, and made the work area clean and neat at job completion. I wish we would have used Arlington D&F for the original deck installation! Again, we are very pleased with the materials and the work of the company. Good value for money!

I had a great experience with Arlington Fence. My sense is they are a small operation and perhaps may just like to stay that way. They did not push me for google reviews or have fancy brochures...beyond those about the deck products they sold. They built a 10x16 screened in porch and 12x16 open deck for me within 4 weeks. No issues and looks great. Did the guys building it come and go? Were there some days I didn't see them? Did they come and work weekends all day? Yes. Yes and Yes. And they got a massive deck built in 4 weeks. Probably would have been 3 but they can't help rain and inspections taking several days. I believe some other people may be rating this company poorly because they would prefer a company that provides a project manager on the job or proactive reports on progress. While I don't want to be project managing something I have no ability to project manage, I either tended more to hire labor and buy supplies myself ... or I am just comfortable with a little looser way of operating. Besides - I had a horrific experience with another company who promised a daily project manager and fancy status tracker, and I got nothing...so why pay for something that may not be of much value or may be non-existent.

Arlington Fence understood immediately what I was looking for and provided me with pictures of a fence that wasn't conventional but perfect fo my home. The scheduling was seamless. And the service was excellent. The price was competitive as well. I highly recommend them.
