Longstory short: We bought a house that was fitted out with cabinets from Mastercraft Design 9 years ago, and we wanted to fill the knee-hole space the prior owner designed for a desk, with cabinets.
Emily quickly pulled the master design for our kitchen and confirmed that the same cabinet style and finish were still available for order. Emily personally designed the "office style" cabinet to fit the knee-hole space.
The delivery team delivered the cabinets within 24 hours of receipt at the warehouse. There was one tiny glitch on an internal shelf from the factory, and Emily's team made it right (i.e. correct shelf fully delivered to me within 48 hours.)
Contractor installation was easy with the clearly labeled diagram Emily provided.
I'd highly recommend doing business with Emily & Mastercraft Design!
