I will never hire this company again. All they care about is money. I had a backup issue in my house and they came and snaked it... for 1400 dollars. A few days later, I had a backup issue again. They came back under warranty, which is a 1 time warranty for service work done, and they re-snaked it. They failed again and then proceeded to tell me that I had a collapsed main sewer line pipe and that it would cost 25K to fix it. Mind you, I have a cast iron pipe, which does not collapse, it cracks if anything. They really tried to get me to sign a contract for that sum of money the same day by saying not to get a second opinion because they will charge for the investigation. They tried to use fear to get you to make a rash decision. Never do this. I got a second opinion from a sewer line expert in the area David Hooper and he immediately diagnosed the actual issue and properly snaked my drain. No issues ever since. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS COMPANY. They are a scam. find yourself a local plumber instead. Same if not better quality at a cheaper price.

They installed a brand new air conditioner and heating system (the largest of it's kind) in my parents home upon my recommendation. SIX visits later, they finally fixed the leak, bad sealing, lack of air flow, control panel not working...on and on. $16k later, with the nicest of staff, it was a total nightmare!
