The techs push unnecessary services and equipment replacement. I have been told my less-than 5 year old AC system needs to be replaced in its entirety more than once despite the fact it works beautifully. When they can't sell me on a new system, they will suggest that at least a large part if it needs to be rebuilt. I've ended my contract with them and regret ever using them.

They bounced me around a bit with an exhaust fan leaking and insisted on sending first a plumber and then an electrician before finally agreeing it was a HVAC problem but when they finally sent the right person, he diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. At least they didn’t charge me for the missteps so overall I’m happy to have it taken care of
