PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Furr replaced out AC/heating system in August 2023 (including duct work and electric work), and they really dragged on with applying for permits and the work. After that, we've been having recurring AC/heating systems (power surge, fried circuit board, random issues) every few months. Every time they'd have a different technician out, and sometimes we end up with new issues. It's incredibly difficult to get through to the technician who's doing the job and their dispatch system is a nightmare. I'm convinced they did something wrong in their initial work that's causing recurring issues.

we had a plan with FH Furr and they consistently tried to upsell us every visit. The worst part was when we had a leak from the attic unit and they told us we needed to install an ez trap with safety float switch. We continued to have airflow issues in our upstairs and they tried to get us to buy an electronic damper system. When the installer came out to give us a quote, he told us that there were already dampers in our attic and they were all mostly closed. We could have saved years of headaches, damage to our drywall and hundreds of dollars if the HVAC techs that had been coming to our house had adjusted the dampers in the first place.
