We have service contract for a number of years but have been very dissatisfied with routine checkups always trying to sell additional parts, etc. Costs on replacement parts are very high compared with what is available elsewhere.

Initial installation was a disaster. Company tried to remedy, but did a poor job. I so wish I had gone with a smaller more local firm. Get additional estimates. Surprised it is aligned with Costco. Company always tries to upsell on routine service checks. Since company did iniitial install, I've stuck with them for routine service. It has been ok, except for constant upsell pressure.
