This is not for publication, but FYI. I've never used them, but clicked the boxes so I could leave this message: FH Furr was bought some time ago by a group of venture capitalists. Through the Furr name, they are buying up ("partnering with") many of the small family-owned HVAC companies that are struggling, or whose next generation folks don't want to carry on the business. They bought Dwyer and R&B in Alexandria among others. Their technicians work on commission, hence the negative comments in your online ratings. I like that the Technicians are very thorough. They take pictures of what they're doing and explain what they're doing. The downsize of FH Furr is they reminds me when I take my car in for an oil change, and the mechanic come out and present me with a long laundry list of other things that may or may not need attention. All I want FH Furr to do is a spring or fall checkup on my HVAC unit. Also, they give you an appointment and call and say they need to reschedule and still call to reschedule the reschedule. This could be the same day, or you wait all day, and they don't show up. Overall, I'm very pleased with their work

We had them fill holes and paint after we had a ceiling fan installed, and you could not see where the holes had been. Excellent job.
