I've used several different HVAC contractors over the years. I've stuck with Duvall's for the last 8 or so years because they are a family owned business that cares about the quality of service. Prices are very reasonable and technicians are always friendly, professional, and efficient. Their work is impeccable.

Duvall came to check my furnace ahead of the cold weather. They had mailed an $89 offer to me for a check up. Everything checked out to be okay. I call them every spring to see if my a/c is in need of any refrigerant. They do not try to sell me on buying something I do not need.

Excellent experience for annual heater preventive maintenance. Called on a Friday and was scheduled for the next Monday. The technician arrived on time, was efficient, and patiently answered my questions. Provided a clear “per unit” charge upon booking that was significantly less than other service providers I received quotes from. We will be using them again in the future.
