Excellent experience for annual heater preventive maintenance. Called on a Friday and was scheduled for the next Monday. The technician arrived on time, was efficient, and patiently answered my questions. Provided a clear “per unit” charge upon booking that was significantly less than other service providers I received quotes from. We will be using them again in the future.

Recommended. My A/C gave out Friday night (which I discovered early Saturday). I called Duvall's around 7am Saturday, and a tech (Rey) was at my house before noon. The problem turned out to be just a wire that was making sporadic contact with metal and shorting out. Great job spotting the problem by Rey, and he also did a general checkout of the system. He did the easiest (and cheapest) fix and said I should have no further issues. Recommended.
