Andy (the owner) from AirFlow advised me of several options to replace my 21yo air conditioner & furnace, plus improvements to help the new system keep me as comfortable as possible. Andy priced the different configurations, and in the end gave me a better price than other contractors on the exact same equipment. Plus, i have had flooding issues a couple of times when the condensate drain line clogged with mold, so the new system was installed in a pan along with a 'hockey puck' water sensor that will automatically shut off the system if water is detected in the pan -- great peace of mind, and Andy was the only one that mentioned this. He was very pleasant (as was all his staff) and never tried to pressure me.

Company recently changed hands, and the quality of the work is not the same as it has been over the past 20 years. We recently got a notice from them that they are not taking new jobs... seems like there are issues hiring qualified people? We recently installed a new heat pump and it took several tries for them to get it right -- first we had a leak from a condensation line, then we had them come back no fewer than 5 times because the auxiliary heat kept throwing the circuit breaker. All of this was included in the install so no additional charge, but the first repair guy they sent told us the circuit breaker was getting thrown by our Nest thermostat, which was not correct. He didn't investigate thoroughly until we insisted.
