I needed my pre-fabricated chimney replaced and Chim Chim Churee did great work. Kept the job site clean and tidy for the 3 days required and was as careful as possible with my walls and hardwood floor. The floor got a couple of small dings, but I am not sure how the team could have been more careful than they were. They did a super job removing my surround and mantel so they could be re-used (saving me significant cost and hassle), and were competitively priced among the 4 companies I checked, especially as they have their own team to do finishing drywall and painting (not all companies offer this). Wall repairs are perfect, and all looks and works great.

As a condo owner, we are required to have our chimneys inspected every 3 years. I have used this family owned business, twice now. This year, the owner himself came to inspect my chimney. Great company !

After getting several estimates for cleaning out and relining two adjacent chimneys I chose Chim Chim Churee based on the thoroughness, knowledge, and pleasantness of the company owner who did the chimney inspection and work proposal. Their price was a somewhat lower but in the same ballpark as the other estimates but Thomas was willing to discuss the details of the work with my architect neighbor to her satisfaction. My house was built in 1947 and has had essentially no prior chimney work so this was a challenging job. The work crew did this 3 1/2 day project in a professional, timely, and pleasant manner. There was no muss; no fuss to the extent possible with such an undertaking. I would definitely recommend this company.
