There was a toilet leak that ran through the kitchen down to the basement. ARS came and initially provided a good estimate of work and cost. The quality was substandard. Some door molding was painted only one one side. Louvered doors were replaced with solid doors which prevented adequate air circulation and air to the furnace. Pull knobs for bifold doors were installed wrong. I paid extra to replace an exterior wall paneling. At first, it looked good. Several months later, it was warped badly. They used the paper/thin pressed paneling from Home Depot rather than real wood paneling. ARS refused to honor their warranty and claimed it was a moisture problem. I finally paid someone else to rip out the warped material and finish the wall. The staff were unreliable. They would not show for meetings, misrepresented their service and product. They hired unskilled people or tried to do the work themselves. NO. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

We had the most horrible experience with this dishonest and poorly functioning company. There was poor communication throughout, quality of work was questionable, the schedule was very delayed, and on top of it the cost was high. I had water damage from the air conditioner resulting in extensive damage to the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, crawl space, and attic. The kitchen and the bathroom had to be completely demolished. Nate was delayed in submitting paperwork to the insurance company for claim and communicated poorly with us about the process. Getting the claim through alone took months. When we complaint, he gave false information to the insurance company so part of our claim was denied. They made an already difficult process so much worse.
