Service Technician, Haden, is very knowledgeable, polite, and considerate of home. He explains and educates the homeowner on HVAC including gas fireplace. Nice has serviced our HVAC system going on two years. Service is easy to schedule, technicians are professional, communicate very well, technically knowledgeable and educated. Haden has an incredible knowledge of HVAC, current system, and upcoming HVAC changes. Was able to diagnose small fireplace gas leak when servicing fireplace. Will continue to do business with NICE.

I found they had the best prices for my area (Prince George's Co.) and they were able to do a tricky heat-pump replacement which other contractors turned down. So when I needed a new furnace & AC the next year I went with them again. The furnace/AC install was more complicated because of the safety requirements of using gas heat, so the inspection process has necessitated multiple visits. Every technician who has showed up has been fantastically friendly, and done the work they were there to do very smoothly.

The tech allowed a junior tech to attach the humidifier incorrectly which caused a leak in our basement. I'm recommending them because this was a mistake and generally we have liked their service.
