I believe this company is running a sham operation. In October 2022 an individual named Ken (didn't get his last name) came by my house and said his company was doing paving work in my neighborhood. He said that since he had equipment and personnel in the area he could give me a good price to repave my driveway. I checked out the company's website. We agreed on a price. He didn't offer a contract but I asked for one. It contained a 3-year guarantee clause against defects. Within a month the driveway began to pit and crumble. Loose gravel continues to sluff off the driveway and holes are developing in various places. I phoned the company numerous times and they agreed to do repair work after I sent them photos of the defective driveway. We scheduled the repair work on three separate occasions but they never showed up nor did they bother to call me. Now they will not answer their phone. Three of my neighbors had work done on their driveways by Advance on the same day and all are experiencing the same problems. Ken asked to be paid in cash but I gave him a check. He requested the check be payable to M. Leeming. It was cashed at a payday lender. BEWARE of this scam!!!
