During an annual cleaning, it was determined that my 13 year old system was near its end. They gave me a quote on repair, but sent someone out to also quote a replacement system. That price was 2/3 of the quote one of my neighbors received for a very similar home. Although they were late getting started, the team was very through and made sure that the new system was in good working order before finishing their very late day. Have recommended M.E. Flow to others in my community.

We recently signed a service contact with M E Flow for annual service to our rooftop and in-unit hvac after having them quote and install a new system. They are prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and have addressed any issues we have called about.

Had routine maintenance and check-ups performed but each visit seemed to be more about selling something . Had a condensate line leak detector, shut off installed for way too much money for a 15 minute job.
