Took over management of our condo community early in the year--HUGE increase in condo fee in addition to a special assessment--WAY outside the norm for this type of property.

I live in a property our association pays NRP to manage. When my neighbor had a roof leak I asked for a recommendation for a good contractor to do the repair. They suggested one roofing company that they said was excellent. However when I went on this site I discovered the roofer they suggested had a 67% overall rating. Alarmed by this I emailed their president Jim Foley to express my concerns along with names of roofing companies that were highly rated on this site. What upset me was when Jim stated in his response to me: "We manage well over 100 communities with 17,000 homes as well as office and retail buildings. You will be better served and in a timely fashion by trusting _____ and his supervisors." I found this comment to show a total lack of respect to me as a homeowner and most importantly, demeaning to me as a women.
