Terrible experience. Too many issues to detail. Paperwork completed incorrectly (multiple times), employees lacked fraud prevention awareness, lack of clear communication, servicer did not apply down payment correctly or pay property taxes resulting in tax lien and multiple invoicing issues. Nightmare lender.
