I bought a package deal and in the beginning, they were quite responsive, but as I neared the end of my package, they became less responsive. They changed my therapist without discussing it with me. Their scheduling system is terrible and I was never able to make adjustments to it myself. My therapist was ok, but I always felt like I was sort of a burden on her and the owner and all they wanted was my money. Sorry, I cannot recommend.
