I used Maid Bright for about a year. While they did a good job cleaning floors, counters, kitchen and bathrooms, etc. there were often minor deficiencies. There was a language barrier, so I would call the office to request correction, which usually happened on the next visit. Since the team members were different on subsequent visits, they were not instructed and the problem would recur and I would call again. After one full house cleaning, several problems arose--a bowl was broken and I was not informed, garbage was dropped in the backyard (this had happened once before and I reported it), toilets were left running, etc. After I reported these matters, their representative asked for a face to face meeting. I expected he would be coming to discuss the problems and I was prepared to suggest how to solve the language problem. Instead, he gave me a lecture on toilet maintenance, did not mention the other problems and informed me that they would not serve me anymore as we were not a "good fit." He also mentioned that I had made repeated calls to the office.
I would suggest that you look elsewhere if you do not speak Spanish.

We have used MaidBright off and on for 3 years (have two homes so are often not here). Each time they come they get better. This last cleaning was the best ever! Thank you MaidBright!
