This club is now under NEW MANAGEMENT, Sport & Health no longer runs it. Excercise areas and machines have been upgraded (finally!) and remodeling of the facility, begun under Sport & Health prior to the pandemic, is now almost complete. So the new managament is trying to get this place reopened and running again. Good selecetion of newer equipment, but the tennis courts and the pool are still the big attraction for us.Attendance fell off dramatically during the pandemic but it is now getting busier again. Lots of free covered parking in the Worldgate garage.

Some of this is colored by current COVID posture, but I have been a member here for close to 15-20 yrs, and am seriously considering leaving because of limited value for cost. Upon reopening there was NO adjustment in mthly fee even though key aspects of gym's function are no longer being offered at the same level. I understand they have to pay people, but gym probably has maybe 10-20% of normal capacity of people, and class options significantly paired back (limited yoga classes - one of the few group classes that was FREE that I used) and no sauna, hot tub availability. I understand state has driven this...but WHY AM I STILL PAYING FULL PRICE? About all I use there is the pool, and a class that I pay extra for...OMG...just too little for too much.
