Generally, we're very satisfied with Green Hill. Their service offerings are comprehensive, their pricing is competitive, and management takes customer satisfaction seriously. Any communication with our area service manager receives a prompt response, and service shortfalls are corrected promptly. Over the course of a year, we noticed crews progressively clipping less and less of the grass under the branch overhang of our perimeter evergreens; failing to overlap cuts, so that the front lawn frequently would have a number of small, thin islands of taller grass; on occasion we observed bed weeding accomplished with a string trimmer rather than actual pulling, and a complete failure to edge properly or to use a string trimmer to clip the grass underneath our daughter's swing set. In each instance, though, communication with our service manager (along with digital photos to illustrate the problems) led to all problems being rectified within 48 hours, and service overall improved after a couple of those discussions with the service manager.Overall, we would say that Green Hill ought to be on anyone's list for request of a service menu and price quote. Their combination of breadth of services, reasonable prices, and responsiveness makes them worth considering. We've experienced both really poor service, and a really high-handed attitude, from other providers in the past, so we recommend Green Hill with the proviso that customers should be diligent about reporting any service shortfalls to management.
