I just had New Line Construction rebuild my attic. This work included the removal of the current trusses and rebuilding new trusses. The reason for this work was because the house had major fire damage. The general contractor who rebuilt the house did not install the correct trusses in the attic. These trusses did pass county code but were a disaster for any type of storage. New Line rebuilt the attic. It is now very usable as a storage facility. They did it without removing the roof or drilling access holes in the ceilings, which other contractors proposed doing. I've dealt with contractors in the past, and New Line is undoubtedly one of the most, if not the most, efficient contractors I've ever dealt with. The quality of their work was first-rate at a very competitive price. Would I use New Line again? Absolutely Yes William Harshman Fairfax VA

New Line Construction is a company which provides an excellent value for your investment with quality workmanship, quality materials and a contractor who communicates frequently and oversees your project carefully. We replaced a very old, large wood deck which stretched the length of the house. We now have a new porch with stairs to two ground level stone circles (one for eating, one for a fire pit), stone walks to two gates and a new barbeque area. From the start, Carlos Abrego took the time to understand what we wanted to do. He shared his considerable design sense in helping develop a plan which met both our vision and our budget. His workers and subcontractors are trustworthy, hardworking and skilled professionals. Carlos lets you know what is happening and when it will happen, and visits the worksite at all phases. It was clear New Line Construction allocates proper labor resources for good site preparation and top-notch workmanship throughout. The company utilized quality materials whether under the stone work or porch, or the visible materials like the stone and porch materials. From the get go, Carlos expressed his desire that we will be happy with the completed project. We are not simply happy with the work done by New Line Construction, we are thrilled.
