I suffered through the process of establishing the service because they were less expensive than other companies but once they started they missed pick ups. The customer service number places you on hold and I have waited as much as 45 minutes for someone to answer. After three months the rates started increasing. When we recently moved and canceled the service we were told a $50 fee would be charged for picking up their bins. Three months after cancellation and I am still being billed. I have had to submit disputes with my credit card company to hopefully get them to stop.

The transition from Potomac Disposal was very difficult because I received numerous, erroneous overdue bills, which were finally resolved when the company realized they had credited my payments to another account. Recently, service and billing has been smooth.
