I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fairfax Electric Plumbing & Gas they install a new water heater, through Home Depot Service but the entire experience has been frustrating. Despite their initial assurances of quality and efficiency, the water heater installation failed multiple inspections. The repeated failures not only caused significant delays but also meant additional costs for me, as I had to take time off work to accommodate the inspector's schedule and fixes Their poor service has caused me a lot of stress and inconvenience which they did not even care to address during the process. I would not recommend Fairfax Electric if you are looking for reliable and professional electrical services. Their management was well below the standard expected from a licensed contractor.

I used this firm for a new hot water heater through Home Depot. Everything actually went well except when the installer arrived, he said that since the new water heater was several inches higher than the current water heater, then there would be an additional $200 of plumbing work required. I thought that this should have been included in the original quote. It would be very easy to ask me at the time of the quote about the height of the existing water heater. However, since I needed the hot water heater and the installers and the tank were already here, I reluctantly agreed to the up charge.

Needed to replace my 20 year old gas water heater. Went to the ProDesk at my local Home Depot and they said Fairfax Electric and Plumbing would reach out to me. They contacted me within 30 minutes, asked me a few questions and sent me two quotes within a couple of hours. I also got quotes from two other plumbing companies for comparison. The quote from Fairfax Electric and plumbing was lower than the other two quotes. I saw they were highly rated on Checkbook and heard good things about them from another source as well. They came this week and replaced my water heater within 90 minutes, start to finish. Very friendly install technicians that kept me informed about the process while they worked. Couldn't be happier with the result and would highly recommend the company.
