Sales rep used the heat lamp to show us no heat penetrates through the windows False the windows received immense heat 100° come through the three paned glass Oliver stickers were removed from our windows before they finished installing They were disposed of without our permission as well He meant damage was performed personal property by their construction workers No supervision took place. I had the supervise 99% of the job They do NOT use Flashing The screens are not sealed inside the frame of the window and within a couple months it’s full of insect eggs and spiders. When you open it up, they scatter and fall everywhere. Ameritech Uses bait and switch tactic to make a Sale Run away from this company The owner of this franchise was very belligerent, rude, gaslighted, and stone Walled all my complaints His name is Gary Lance Sales manager is Michael Carlson He, the salesman has taught his sales personnel to use the heat lamp to make sales of the windows, and this is illegal The franchise owner, Gary Lance says it’s not his fault how the windows are represented during the sales pitch We were looking to save money and our bill has gone up Our Florida Windows are more efficient than the windows. We were promised here in Virginia. Since I said that he wanted to manufacture the company. That is gaslighting because I did not receive the Windows . We were promised. I’m almost 60 years old and I’ve purchased more than I care to admit I did not start cooking yesterday He meant damage occurred to our window frame of our home during the removal of the old Windows The supervisor was Not on site to supervise We picked the install date on their availability to supervise and they were not available We have Windows and they still heat in at 7:30 in the morning The screen do not close properly from the inside or the outside of the window Record your sales pitch that you receive Let them know and ask if it’s OK to record If they do not agree, that is another red flag I had a telephone conversation with the franchise owner, and he told me not to record our conversation. That being said, he made several faults statements about my opinion in my experience with the Windows sales rep and the quality. He also made a statement of what I think about his repair man I never gave him an opinion of him He walked into physics and walked out. I never said anything about his personality. I was told he was to take pictures of our windows and he did not He was belittled by everyone except for the sales manager Michael Carlson he is now quiet as a mouse Michael Carlson is the one that taught the sales rep to use false representation to make a sale I have filed a report with Better Business Bureau to be continued Windows were misrepresented Sales pitch used the heat lamp showing no heat penetrates Windows are installed in 110° penetrates at 7 o’clock in the morning We have triple pane windows They use the bait switch Technique to make a sale Michael Carlson is the sales manager that has trained his sales people to use the peanut butter method in the heat lamp. Proving no heat penetrates through these windows I had a recent phone call with Gary Lance. I asked to record and he said no, so he went onto being belligerent yelling defacing me belittling me stonewalling and gaslighting me. He knew my husband was not present and I just got out of the shower. This phone conversation of he been whittling me took 45 minutes. I stayed on the phone with him because I wish not to hang up on him Michael Carlson was present in the room only because I asked. But you never know what’s going on on the other side of the phone. I also asked him to record since he would not permit me to record the conversation Advice always say you’re going to record a conversation if they disagree hang up I Would post pictures of the damages and the heat lamp, false information but I don’t see a way to do that on this website. I have also complained to and file a report with the BBB.

Replaced 7 windows. Great sales person walked us thru everything, offering multiple options and price points. Also took measurements. Window came in earlier than promised. Installers did great work - and in and out in less than 5 hours.
