My niece bought her bridal gown at Zoya's, and it was such a lovely experience all around. The staff definitely knew their inventory and were excellent at figuring out the best dresses for the bride to try. They had the bride go through the gowns first and pick several to try, and then they made suggestions about other gowns she might like. The selection of accessories was also excellent. There were no pressure tactics, and the shop was very inviting and comfortable. The service was very personal, with only one bride at a time in the shop, so she had the staff's full attention. It is a higher end shop with the gowns priced from about $5,000-$20,000. I can't yet rate the reliability since the wedding isn't until this spring, so the dress has not been delivered yet, but I don't anticipate any problems.
