I hired them to replace exterior locks after an aborted attempt with another company, so I know for sure they were less expensive. The woman on the phone was very patient with my questions, and very helpful. The installer was very pleasant, did a great job, and even adjusted the way the door was hanging because the very old house had shifted and that was affecting how the bolt slid into place. He said he'd return to adjust it if the lock didn't feel quite smooth enough, but no need -- it's perfect.

From start to finish, Arlington Lock was fabulous! I called their answering service for an appointment and they called me back within an hour and were extremely helpful and informative. I went to them for two replacement fobs for my car because I was told that they couldn't be repaired by two different battery stores. Before attempting to replace them, Arlington Lock first tried repairing the fobs and succeeded with both repairs. They didn't even want to charge me for the repair since they didn't provide new batteries. I had to insist that they accept payment. I received prompt attention at their offices and the technician was extremely knowledgable and professional. I was comfortable with the entire experience and extremely satisfied with their work. It has been a week since the repairs were made and the fobs are still working fine. I will certainly use Arlington Lock again and recommend them highly.

They made the key I needed and that was done well. Key quality seems very good. But I waited an inappropriately long period of time. I will not be returning and will use a different locksmith.
