Arlington Lock was able to cut a complex key for a Mini Cooper. Other locksmiths I contacted said they were unable to do the job. The key works and the price seemed reasonable. If the comment I read online was accurate, a Mini dealer would have charged me 5 times what I paid Arlington Lock.

They fixed my lock on short notice and I was quite pleased with the staff on duty as he was very professional with his job.

I hired them to replace exterior locks after an aborted attempt with another company, so I know for sure they were less expensive. The woman on the phone was very patient with my questions, and very helpful. The installer was very pleasant, did a great job, and even adjusted the way the door was hanging because the very old house had shifted and that was affecting how the bolt slid into place. He said he'd return to adjust it if the lock didn't feel quite smooth enough, but no need -- it's perfect.
