Extremely disappointed by Julio, manager of JMD handyman who seems to be unable to have a decent communication with his clients. JMD was a subcontractor to our window installer in charge of repainting for which they did a decent job. While visiting, he suggested a couple of repairs that indeed needed to be done and quoted a price, which we accepted on the spot, to be done the following week. He committed to do the job several times over the next 3 months, but never showed up, without warning or explanation; he has not even answered our latest messages.
