I am very happy with the work House Doctor did on my house in January, 2025 and recommend them without reservation. They repaired miscellaneous broken stuff: replaced closers on a storm door; patched a large hole in a drywall panel; installed a new light in the laundry room, installed a shower head and grab bars in two bathrooms; put up a new air return grill; rehung accordion-style closet doors with new pins. I got three bids for the work, and House Doctor’s proposal stood out, both for clarity and for the price. From owner Rich’s first visit to the completion of the job everything went very smoothly. His job proposal, broken out by individual jobs, was clear in all respects. He was very helpful in identifying materials which I could get on my own. The technicians who did the work arrived as scheduled. They (Carlos, Mauricio and Byron) did their work with care and answered every question I had completely. Everything was done neatly and they cleaned up completely. All the work was excellent, and the dry wall repair was outstanding. They matched the existing paint, and it’s like the hole was never there. Rich stopped by to check the work and make sure I was satisfied. It was a pleasant instead of a stressful experience. I intend to call them again when I have work to do.

House Doctors were great to work with. It was easy to get the estimate for some drywall repairs and touch up painting (beyond just the drywall) we needed and to schedule the work. The team arrived promptly, took care of all the items we needed - providing useful advice. The work was expertly done and they cleaned up well. The price was very fair.
