They installed a tankless water heater for us after ours suddenly stopped working. Out of the 5 companies we spoke to (the other four being plumbers), Linda at Tankless Concepts was the only one who was able to thoroughly discuss by phone 1) what might be going on with our current (non working) tankless water heater based on the model, maintenance history, and error code; and 2) replacement options and which model might be the best fit for our household; 3) warranty information; and 4) tax incentives and rebates. They were also able to install over the weekend so we didn't have to wait until Monday to have hot water again. Their estimates were also significantly lower (more than $1,000/20%) than the two others we received.
