Mark established wonderful rapport with our puppy, addressing behavioral issues that emerged after extended post-op recovery (heel nipping, leash tugging, etc). Each 1:1 session was followed by email detailing an evolving training plan based on puppy progress/needs. Highly recommended.

Mark Platenberg, CPDT-KA, did a fantastic job of teaching our dog to walk nicely on the leash (she pulled terribly before his training) and not to bark at passing dogs and people. He is very gentle and compassionate with dogs (and their humans) while also very effective in teaching them proper behavior. Highly recommend him.
