I cannot think of a better program than the early childhood program at Congressional. The only draw back is that the price jumps 60% when your child enters pre-school (age 3) because you now must pay for before/after care, lunch, and summer camp. The care and quality of education is superior, however, it quickly becomes cost prohibitive.
