I've been taking my 2003 Volkswagen Passat to Eurowerks since 2013, and I have always received superior and honest service. The team alerts me to issues that they are monitoring and when certain items may need attention. The staff is pleasant and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain what needs to be done and why to keep my car running in great shape. And yes, my 22-year-old Passat is still in excellent condition! They are also helpful when it comes to budgeting repairs.

Expensive, but not as expensive as dealer service. More competent than dealer service. Sometimes difficult to get an appointment - month or more delay not uncommon. Generally good with communication and service options. Tiny parking lot.
