Another Kia dealer said that the controls that were not working on my steering wheel could not be fixed without ordering a whole new steeling wheel and it was very expensive. This Kia dealer told us that the controls were still under warranty, even after 10 years and they fixed it for free! Their prices are reasonable, they know what they are doing and they always vacuum out the car as well.
