I took in 2 Chinese scrolls and a lead crystal vase. They have an Asian specialist. I believe these free appraisals are all approx and to get an appraisal for insurance you would have to ask for a $ service.
This type of appraisal is good if you want to know if something you found in your grandmother's attic is even closed to being valuable enuff to go further into the appraisal route.
A great deal of the fun is seeing what other people brot in. If you get there early enuff there is some free food in back of the room. Great fun. I try to go every month.
