We have been major shoppers of appliances, electronics, other products at this store for many years. In recent years when we were going to do major updating of our kitchen, TV's, iPhones, etc. we worked with product specialist Duane Thompson, who will come to your home for free consultation services. Duane really helped us make excellent decisions and gave us very competitive and satisfactory prices including deliveries, etc. Highly recommend him especially. RonM

As a previous customer, we purchased a dishwasher from Best Buys with very bad results. The delivery was scheduled multiple times, we would rearrange our schedule to be home, and then they would not show up. Happened 5 times. Then, when they finally showed up, the dishwasher was damaged by their own installer, first cosmetically from carelessness, and then functionally because he had no idea how to install that brand. It had to be returned. The wait was so long for the replacement that I cancelled the order. All the dealings with the company were a huge waste of time, most calls were automated, and even the human ones lead to no results. Getting the order cancelled all together was not easy either. They have lost us as customers forever. Would not even buy an electric cord from them.
