I have used them for years, but our most recent issues with furnace not working took 4 visits to resolve including improper diagnosis and ordering an expensive part that was not needed. However, they stood behind the work and made it right, including not charging for several of the return visits. The improper diagnosis of the issues caused us to be out of heat for 2 stretches, the longest of which was a week.
