Richards Heating and Air Conditioning has been my HVAC contractor since 1998. The have maintained my builder installed and replacement equipment over the years. They have always been responsive to services request outside the 2 times a year system maintenance to include a 2024 Summer issue with an AC Coil in one of my 3 systems that heat and cool my home. They recently installed new AC equipment for 2 of my homes system that required replacement due to EOL. Their installation crew that came to do the install was courtesy and professional. The install of the equipment was clean and up to the standards I have been used to from Richards HVAC. The entire ownership team, office staff, installation and maintenance technicians are outstanding and as a homeowner it's been a pleasure to have worked with them over these many years to keep my home heated during the winter and cool during the summer.
