Provided quick turnaround to remediate root intrusion in the sewer line inside the home. Replaced 55 year-old cast iron pipes with PVC lines and patched the floor the following day. Was without plumbing usage for only 5-6 hours! The crew was well-coordinated and neat and the communication with the office went smoothly.

We were in need of a plumber to stop a leak on our service line from the water meter to our house. We called six different plumbers and the two that returned our call recommended Interstate Plumbing Services, as this is a very niche area that apparently most plumbers don't cover. We called Interstate and two other companies and Interstate was the lowest bidder by far. They basically made an estimate with photos I took and a few questions. We went with replacing the line after a discussion with Interstate over replacing versus repairing. They use a directional drill to make the replacement so the only digging they do is next to the water meter. They were able to do most of the work without turning off the water. When they were finished we had a nice new shutoff valve and they didn't have to dig up any of our landscaping. When they were finished they replaced the grass with the same piece that was there before the work. If you need to work on your service line I would definitely give Erik and his team a call.
