As with any PT, you need to find the therapist who communicates well with you. Jane Summers, who is the head of this clinic, worked wonders on my back and hip problems. Exercise caution if you are assigned a newly-minted PT who is a temporary employee, which was my case when I first began the PT. I made no progress until I switched to Jane and was relieved to see that first person's contract was not renewed. I think that Jane supervises all of the current employees carefully so that issue may no longer exist at this location.

After having my orthopedist say there was nothing to be done for the arthritis and pain in my knee, I went to the Jackson Clinics and worked with the therapists there. After a summer of therapy, the pain in my knee was gone and I was able to resume normal activities such as gardening and climbing stairs pain free.
