Phoenix placed flagstone on top of our existing, 20 year-old sidewalk - I thought it would be solid. Looked great at first. After 4 years, the grout between stone begin to crack; after 6 years a lot of cracks appeared. We tried having it repaired, with no success. 10 years on, they want $10,000 to redo it and put in a little concrete pad with one stair.

The driveway installation was very good but there was a miscommunication at the start that delayed part of the project, although it turned out to be fortuitous because of an unanticipated effect. Secondly, one final item took nearly 3 months to resolve, despite repeated calls and emails. There was a good explanation, but a phone call or email explanation sooner, would have eliminated the issue of responsiveness.
