Reached out to them to discuss working with them on retirement plans. Was referred to someone who was not in the office I requested. When I asked for a specific advisor on their website, who I had researched, her calendar was "not available". The original (incorrect) advisor offered to help put me in contact but then never got back to me. If they are this cavalier about my satisfaction now I cannot imagine how they would be managing my money. Red flag.
