Latest work included updating two-prong outlet and fixing very old chime doorbell. Very pleasant and prompt. Have used in the past and will continue to do so in the future. Very happy with service.

Hi, one of their electricians came to my home, did a walk-through with me, viewed electrical panel and areas i wanted new outlets installed, also checked basement bathroom for a later service call. Electrician was young, seemed to know his trade, but NEVER provided an estimate despite my calling him and sending him a follow-up email. He said he lost the photos he took with his phone - but never offered to come back and re-do the estimate. i was really disappointed as I really needed the work done, and the company seemed to be one that would do a very good job. i have no idea why they "ghosted" me unless it is my location in NE DC. i am only rating them "Not Recommended" for their failure to explain why they never followed up.

Recommend for quality only. Not price--$366 for a 2-hour call. Cost for first half hour is $150, not $120 as stated in your rating table. Will get more estimates in the future.
