This is part 3 of my review. Part 1: electrician came to replace coach light and see if bathroom fan could be quieter. His view: replace the bathroom fan (and possibly its housing, and venting). Coach light replacement would require new hole in plaster wall for new switch plate AND new hole in brick outside: estimate for new work: > $700 and my fan and light no longer worked. Part 2. I called and emailed that I wasn't happy: no response. Then I wrote a bad review on Checkbook and owner called me next day from California, said he'd sent a more experienced electrician to see what could be done. Part 3: Their electrician Bai, came today, replaced the bathroom fan motor (yes, new was slightly quieter), and pulled old wire through switch plate to exterior. So, not only did I NOT need a new interior switch (with resulting new hole in bedroom wall requiring repainting the wall), he also used the existing brick hole outside, and mounted the new coach light in the same spot as the old light. Am BEYOND THRILLED. Ask for their electrician Bai to do your work if you have an old (but beautifully sturdy) brick house with old wiring & plaster walls! I am NOW DONATING to Checkbook in honor of its success getting my electrical issues resolved. HAPPY!
