The door installer was great, but the store service was terrible

Ordered four solid core doors from Home Depot, one of which was pre-hung. The installer contractor, On the Level, was hardly a craftsman. On one if the doors, the hinges were binding so much you could actually see them move when the door was closed. He didn’t have a hole saw, so he hacked out the door knob holes with a skilsaw. Somehow the door knob didn’t line up with the jamb on the pre hung door. And he decided to substitute wood screws for the machine screws in the new door knob I provided. The contractor eventually fixed everything, but it took 4 months and four trips from order to job completion. Do not recommend.
