I bought carpet for two bedrooms this past year and got estimates from two different stores (The Carpet Yard and Clawes Carpets - both in Fairfax, VA). The experience was completely different. The fellow at Carpet Yard was engaging, thorough and took time to relate different types, values, and expectations. The gentleman at Clawes Carpets literally spoke to me for less than 4 minutes, then pointed in the direction of carpet samples. Guess which store I chose? Carpet Yard's installers were professional, quick and cleaned up ALL the debris. Great choice!

They did both the carpet on my top floor of a 4 bedroom house and tile in the laundry room, kitchen, and basement. Very good job on all and fast. They knew what they were doing and they were professional. Fair price if not the best price.
